There are options available to you, depending on your circumstances.

If you have a question about your results or you want to discuss the process of submitting an academic appeal, you can chat with our Advice Service to find out what support is available. We can guide you through what your results mean and the options available to you, and support you in exploring them.

At this event, you'll be able to speak with our fully trained Advice team in a confidential setting.

Your Students’ Union is offering a unique opportunity to co-create a real engagement campaign with Coventry City Council This isn’t just a project, but your chance to influence how important information reaches students across the city.

Working alongside professionals from the Council, SU and University, you’ll help design clear, student-friendly content on topics that matter — from council tax and voting to jobs, wellbeing, and making Coventry feel like home. Your ideas will directly shape campaigns used across official platforms.

You don’t need any prior experience — just your perspective as a student and a willingness to get involved.

Why take part?

Build real-world experience you can talk about in interviews
Develop skills in communication, creativity, and teamwork
Work with professionals in local government, marketing, and student engagement
See your ideas brought to life in a live campaign
Make a genuine impact on the student experience in Coventry

You need to be available for the three sessions:

Friday 26 June 1-3pm – Arriving in the city!
Tuesday 7 July 10am-12pm – Living in the city!
Friday 9 July 12-2pm – Health, wellbeing and the future

Volunteers are vital to helping the British Heart Foundation fund their life saving research, and improve the lives of families and their loved ones. The time you volunteer helps protect people and your support powers life saving research.

With lots of donations being received from the public, volunteers are needed to help sort these donations into saleable items to put on display in their shops. Sign up and come along on your own or with your friends to help support this charity.

By volunteering you can not only help an amazing cause and make new friends but also develop transferable skills which can make you more employable such as teamwork, communication and prioritisation.

Remember to wear comfortable clothes and shoes as you will be actively helping in the shop!

This interactive workshop will help you turn your volunteering, course rep, sport and society roles into strong, memorable examples you can use with future employers and on applications. Together we’ll identify what you have gained from your experiences, explore how to describe your impact (not just your duties), and practise short “experience stories” you can use in emails, application forms and interviews. You’ll leave with tips and tricks, , a better understanding of your strengths, and increased confidence in talking about what you bring to any volunteering or professional opportunity.

No prior knowledge is needed – just a genuine care for your friends and willingness to build confidence in having those important conversations. You’ll leave with a clear “support toolkit”, key phrases for opening up mental health chats, university wellbeing contacts, and a digital badge to showcase your skills on LinkedIn or CVs. Perfect for anyone wanting to create a kinder, more connected campus community.

The Societies Fair is your opportunity to explore and join the diverse range of student societies at CULC. Societies will be hosting their own stall to showcase what they do, highlight upcoming events, and welcome new members into their community.

Whether you're looking to pursue a passion, try something new, or meet like-minded people outside of your course, this is the perfect place to get involved and make the most of your campus experience.
