Welcome to the Students’ Union

We are an independent charity that is closely linked to the university. We are dedicated to improving the lives of students across the Coventry University Group. We recognise that each location requires support in a variety of ways; we help by promoting the student voice, supporting your academic experience and being there to offer advice and guidance.

What is Feedback?

Feedback is designed to inspire change or progression. This is a chance to share either positive or constructive thoughts and opinions about your experience at university so far. Constructive feedback always contains the problem, but most importantly, the intended solution.

All feedback is confidential. The SU will assess your feedback and send it to the relevant university or academic department, who will contact you with a resolution. We may get in touch for more information to support you with your feedback as well.

Submit Online Feedback

The Online Feedback Platform can be used to submit feedback at any time about your experience so far with the university. This can be either with a university department such as:

Library
IT/Digital Services
Registry
Centre for Academic Writing
Food outlets and catering
Health and wellbeing
Talent team
Customer experience (info points)
Success coaches
Sigma (Maths support)
Finance

Or, the feedback could be about your academics including:

Your Advice Service

Your Students’ Union Advice service is an independent and confidential advice service that can provide any student with advice and guidance related to university issues, finance, financial hardship or housing (and more).

Your Students' Union Advice Service is accredited by a nationally recognised kitemark, the Advice Quality Standard (AQS), which demonstrates the Advice Service is providing the highest quality service possible to members.
