Naomi Tuccker

Occupational Therapy, 2nd Year

I believe my design represents people and disabilities holistically, trying to visualise the different aspects of disability and how one disability is not necessarily greater than the other. In my design I have tired to represent visual, hearing and speech and language/ learning disabilities. In addition to mental health and physical disabilities.

I hope my design makes everyone with a disability feel seen and understood. I also hope my design makes those without disability think about seen and unseen person elements and how when you see a person you do not necessarily know them and their abilities and/or disabilities.

Panel's comments

Naomi did a good job of capturing a range of disabilities in their design. Deserving of its place in the top five.
