Your SU's General Privacy Policy applies broadly to all of our activitiy, we also have individual policies related to specific ways some people might engage with us (e.g. if they are applying for a job, or making a purchase).

Complaints and Data Requests

If you have a general complaint about the SU you can submit it via our complaints page.

If you are unhappy with the way in which we have collected or processed your personal data, have another complaint in relation to our handling of your personal data, or wish to make a Data Subject Access Request please write to The Chief Executive, Your Students’ Union, The Hub, Jordan Well, Coventry CV1 5QT or email dpo.su@coventry.ac.uk

  • Advice Service Privacy Policy

    This explains how we handle the information of those who seek support from the Advice Service, including what information may be shared with the University in the course of resolving your case.
