This is feedback that reflects your own personal experience. For example, my course tutor supported me with xyz, or I had a poor experience when reaching out to the customer service team because of xyz.

Submit it via our Online Feedback Platform: All feedback is confidential. The SU will assess your feedback and share it to the relevant university, or academic department, who will get in touch with you with a resolution. We may contact you for more information to support you with your feedback.

This is feedback that reflects the experience of you and your classmates or a student group. For example, the librarian assigned to our course has been very helpful with xyz, or the current module assessment can be improved by doing xyz.

Submit it via Student Voice Meetings: These meetings are a great way for your voice to be heard and to bring positive change to your learning experience – make sure you share your feedback with your Course Rep before the next Student Voice Meeting. You can find minutes and dates of future meetings for your study location’s Student Voice Meetings below.

This is feedback that reflects the experience of a community of students you belong to. For example, the Black History Month campaign run by the Students’ Union has been beneficial to my community because of xyz, or the support and guidance provided by the university about xyz has not been useful to students in my community because of xyz.

Your Students' Union has other feedback opportunities, including focus groups and roundtable talks. We host focus groups both at school and college level, where we encourage students to discuss issues and improvements we can make to your education experience. Our roundtable talks involve opportunities for you to meet and speak with Senior Leadership at the university, and share your thoughts on aspects of student experience with them. Both of these feedback formats are crucial to how we improve students' education journey.

You can also leave your feedback through national surveys, such as: the National Student Survey (NSS), the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES) or the Participant in Research Experience Survey (PRES).

Current students will also be given the opportunity to complete Module Evaluation Questionnaires (MEQs) - these are online questionnaires sent to students at the end of each semester to collect data on student satisfaction.
