Join us for Crafting Calm, a wellbeing and mindfulness session hosted by the CU Coventry Campus Officer. As part of the Students' Union International Festival, this special event is here to support your mental health and celebrate the diversity of our international community through creativity.
Explore a variety of crafting and art activities inspired by cultures from around the world in a relaxing and supportive environment. Every student will receive a special goodie bag packed with essential information about the Union’s and University’s support services, covering everything from health and wellbeing to campus and city safety—plus some fun freebies!
Take a break, get creative, and join us in celebrating the international spirit of CU Coventry while learning more about the resources available to help you thrive.
