About the event

As part of our Wellbeing Wednesday series, why not come along to our free glow in the dark badminton class? 

Get your pulse raising with some fun, interactive badminton with a twist. Exercise has various benefits, not only for your physical health but also for your mental health and wellbeing too!

 

The class will take place from 10am-12pm in the Sports Centre (full address- Coventry University Sports Centre, Alison Gingell Building, Whitefriars Street, Coventry, CV1 2DS), with optional breaks in between. Please check in for the event at reception.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in, trainers or sensible shoes and we would suggest bringing refreshments with you (including a water bottle).

All equipment will be provided (however, feel free to bring your own badminton equipment if you have it, but equally don't worry if not- you can borrow ours!)

This class is suitable to a range of learners, ranging from beginner to those with more advanced yoga experience. 

Neon attire not compulsory, but encouraged!

 

Please note- spaces are limited, so make sure to purchase your free ticket. Entry will not be permitted without a successful ticket purchase.
Ticket sales will close 24 hours before the event is due to take place. All individuals wanting to participate in this event will be required to sign up as a free member to the sports centre, to do so please follow this link
