About the event

This SHAG week your Students Union are partnering with BHA for Equality, the LGBT Foundation and Coventry Public Health to give you the chance to find out more about—and have your say on—the sexual health services available in Coventry. The event, specifically for students, wants to hear how much you know of (and how supported you feel by) local sexual health services, what you think is useful, and what needs improving. Free snacks and soft drinks will also be provided! This is a great opportunity to:

  • Learn more about what local health support is right on your doorstep.
  • Have your say on these support services—whether you think they're good or bad, don't forget to always be respectful.
  • Use your voice to speak out against barriers to access, with a chance to make a change.
  • Network with likeminded people and those who work in public health and the charity sector.
