About the event
Join us for one of our fitness classes at the sports centre.
You’ll focus on controlled movements and postures, developing muscle strength, improving balance and increasing flexibility. Meditating also helps to clear the mind whether you’re unwinding from the working day or preparing for the day ahead. Tai Chi also packs a number of mental and physical health benefits, making you both happier and healthier. Increase your body's overall health

All of out classes are £4.50, pay as you go, to offer the most flexibility so you can pick and choose when and what you go to!

Please arrive 10mins before your class to give yourself to get ready.
