About the event

During this one-hour workshop, you will build a clearer understanding of disability and explore what inclusive culture looks like in practice. You will also learn how to make thoughtful adjustments that support disabled people’s full participation in business, the workplace, education and student life, helping you develop skills that are valuable for your studies, and future career.

By taking part, you will gain practical insight into how inclusive approaches improve teamwork, communication and accessibility, while also strengthening your confidence to contribute positively in professional settings. Whether you want to work in management, education, student support or any people-focused role, this session will help you develop awareness and knowledge that employers value.
