Rep of the Month is changing to a semester award. Find out the first winners of Rep Spotlight below.
You might remember one of our reward incentives, Rep of the Month. This academic year has brought change and growth to our Rep lands, and we came up with a new reward scheme to thank you all for your hard work every Semester! As such, we are happy to introduce Rep Spotlight!
Rep Spotlight will recognise the efforts and engagement our wonderful Reps have shown – you will have the chance to nominate the student leader who has gone above and beyond in their role, and the winners for each College or School will be announced at the end of each Semester. Here are your winners for Semester 1:
College of Arts and Society
Ellie Eldridge - ''Ellie has been great in her role as Course Rep, collecting vital feedback from her peers and presenting it effectively in both Semester 1 Student Voice Meetings. She has attended the Student Leader Conference as well and is always a great addition to any team she is part of.''
College of Business and Law
Manasi Rajesh - ''Manasi has been amazing in her role at school! She’s always happy to help and has done a great job leading and supporting students during Student Voice Meetings and other activities. She listens to everyone’s ideas, speaks up when it matters, and really cares about making school better for others. Manasi is a great student rep and an awesome voice for her peers.''
College of Engineering, Environment and Sciences
Anurag Venkataraman - ''Anurag has been very active in his role, always ready to get feedback and happy to talk to students and staff. Attended all the student voice meetings, student leader conference and engaged with activities and is always available for staff to contact for help.''
You can nominate on our website. Thank you again for all you do, and we are looking forward to seeing your nominations! If you want to become a Rep and have the chance to join the loudest voice on campus, you can apply here.
