Your Students' Union will be closing from 4pm on Friday 19 December 2025 and will reopen again at 9am on Monday 5 January 2026.
Need advice over the festive break?
Our Welcome Desk in Coventry (The Hub), will close at 3pm on Friday 19 December 2025 and reopen at 11am on Tuesday 6 January 2026. Our Welcome Desks at Coventry University London and CU London (Dagenham) will be closed from week commencing 15 December 2025 and will reopen the week commencing 12 January 2026.
During this period, most of our services, events and opportunities will not be running. This includes our Advice Service. If you need support with any academic, financial or housing issue, please complete their online enquiry form, and you will be responded to once the Students' Union reopens. The Out of Office response will outline where to access emergency support if needed.

Our Sports Centre will be open during this period on different hours to normal:

The Lanchester Library will be open throughout the festive break except on Christmas Day (Thursday, 25 December 2025).
If you’re away from campus, you can still access Library e-resources 24/7.
Student wellbeing
You can access Spectrum.Life for emotional and mental health support 24/7, 365 days a year.
Wellbeing services in The Hub and phone lines will be closed from 19 December 2025 and reopen on 5 January 2026.
