Your Students' Union will be closing from 4pm on Friday 19 December 2025 and will reopen again at 9am on Monday 5 January 2026. 

Need advice over the festive break?

Our Welcome Desk in Coventry (The Hub), will close at 3pm on Friday 19 December 2025 and reopen at 11am on Tuesday 6 January 2026. Our Welcome Desks at Coventry University London and CU London (Dagenham) will be closed from week commencing 15 December 2025 and will reopen the week commencing 12 January 2026.

During this period, most of our services, events and opportunities will not be running. This includes our Advice Service. If you need support with any academic, financial or housing issue, please complete their online enquiry form, and you will be responded to once the Students' Union reopens. The Out of Office response will outline where to access emergency support if needed.  

If you are without housing or are at significant risk of being without housing over the winter period, please contact Protection Services by calling +44 (0)24 7765 7363.

Our Sports Centre will be open during this period on different hours to normal:

15 - 21 December 2025:

• Monday to Friday - 7am - 7pm
• Saturday - 10am - 6pm
• Sunday - Closed

22 - 23 December 2025:

• Monday to Tuesday - 10am - 6pm

24 December 2025 - 4 January 2026 - CLOSED

5 January 2026 - 11 January 2026:

• Monday to Friday - 7am - 7pm
• Saturday - 10am - 6pm
• Sunday - Closed

From Monday 12 January 2026, normal hours resume.
