CU Coventry Welcome Fair: 10am - 4pm; SU Corner, CU Coventry Mile Lane; Join us at the CU Coventry Welcome Fair! Open to all CU Coventry students. This is your chance to explore everything your Students’ Union has to offer including societies, communities, sports clubs and much more.

Freshers Fair - Day One: 10am - 3pm; The Hub; Come to The Hub for free pizza and exclusive student only discounts from some huge brands!

Mystery Movie Night #1 - Award Winning Cinema: 6pm - 10pm; Square One, The Hub, Coventry; Kick off our Award-Winning Cinema season with a film where family drama, strange adventures and a whole lot more collide.

Freshers Fair - Day Two: 10am - 3pm; The Hub; Come to The Hub for free pizza and exclusive student only discounts from some huge brands!

Wed 16th September

Activities Fair: 11am - 3pm; The Hub; join us at the Coventry Activities Fair! Open to all Coventry students. This is your chance to explore everything your Students’ Union has to offer including our activities including societies, communities, sports clubs and much more.

Petting Zoo with Wild Science: noon - 2pm; Square One; Join Wild Science to meet a range of incredible mammals, reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates, learn more about the animals on show and spend some time with them in a quiet, calm setting.

Coventry Improv Free Comedy Show: Freshers' Special: 7:15pm - 9:15pm; Square One, The Hub; Get ready for a comedy show like no other as our team of improvisers conjure up wacky unrehearsed scenes based on your suggestions, or get stuck in yourself with some audience participation.

Sofar Sounds @ Square One: 7:30pm - 11:30pm; Square One, The Hub; Experience the magic of Sofar Sounds as the global live music phenomenon arrives at Square One this September.

Mystery Movie #2 - Award Winning Cinema: 6pm - 10pm; Square One, The Hub, Coventry; This week’s Award-Winning Cinema takes us on a journey across America, where an unlikely friendship develops between two very different people.

Game and Greet - Meet Your New Officers: noon - 3pm; The Hub; Come along and get to know your campus, make new friends, and get to know your officers. We have a range of different activities, from giant games, a get-to-know-you quiz, Polaroid photo-making, and much more. Come and see how you can get involved

Mission CU Treasure Hunt: 12:30pm - 2:30pm; SU Corner, CU Coventry, Mile Lane; Not sure where everything is on Mile Lane Campus? Join in our treasure hunt! Solve riddles and follow clues to uncover the campus' hidden gems. Can you complete the hunt before the event ends?

Murder Mystery Games Afternoon: 12:30pm - 2:30pm; SU Corner, CU Coventry, Mile Lane; As part of CU Coventry's Welcome Events Programme, we are hosting a Murder Mystery themed games event. Come along and see if you solve the crime!

Mystery Movie #3 - Award Winning Cinema: 6pm - 10pm; Square One, The Hub, Coventry; Round off September with a story that blends humour, history and an unforgettable coming-of-age journey.

Oxford Day Trip: 8:15am - 5pm; Oxford; Your Students' Union has organised a trip to visit Oxford with our partner, UniLife. The trip includes return coach travel and a Professional Guided Walking Tour. The tickets cost £48 per person (plus booking fee) and are booked through UniLife.

Mystery Movie Night #4 - Thrills and Chills: 6pm - 10pm; Square One, The Hub, Coventry; Things take a darker turn this October as Thrills & Chills begins with a journey into deep space that goes very, very wrong.

Expect something that will get under your skin, keep you guessing, and maybe have you checking over your shoulder on the way home.
