What is it?
As part of our Black History Month Programme we're launching events with our first Guest Speaker Talk
Built on a shared vision that education is a great equaliser for equality, HSBC UK have joined forces with #MerkyBooks, the publishing imprint created by Penguin Random House and Stormzy, with a simple mission - to empower the next generation with the financial knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today's world.
In this talk, Damola Timeyin, author of How To Build It, will explore themes of entrepreneurialism, connecting with collaborators and finding inspiration. With an illustrious career in creative strategy working with brands such as Nike, Clarks Shoes and Tesco. Damola knows what it’s like to build brands and maximise creative potential. Damola is a business founder and knows what it means to succeed (and fail).
Join us for an inspirational life lesson for any person thinking about their future.
This talk will be followed by a short Q&A.
