Global Majority Students

This community is for students that are Black, Asian, dual-heritage and/or students who have been racialised as ‘ethnic minorities’. We aim to offer a safe space to socialise and to meet other students with similar lived experiences and to bring positive change to their university experiences.

What would you like to achieve in your role this year?

I would be happy if I am able to extract something out of the diversity, we see here in Coventry University. I visualize this campus as a mini planet earth, just without any borders, and I would want to see all the diverse groups, bringing their cultural, political, and social perspectives together so that we may achieve something meaningful out of this opportunity of interaction that Coventry University provides us with.
