About the event
Led by the CU Campus Office, join us for Chit Chat and Craft, a craft and painting session designed to promote mental health wellbeing among female students through creative expression and open conversation. In a relaxed and supportive environment, this session encourages meaningful connections and stress relief.
Staff from the Wellbeing and Skills teams will be on hand to offer advice, tips, and insights into the various wellbeing services available. This event aims to reduce stress, boost self-esteem, and foster a sense of community.
Exclusively for women students and those who identify as a woman, this session provides a safe and comfortable space to discuss the unique challenges women face at university. Chit Chat and Craft offers a perfect opportunity to unwind, make new connections, and improve your mental wellbeing.
Let’s craft, chat, and build a supportive community together!
