We’ve introduced an Online Feedback Platform to make feedback accessible to all. Whether you’re on placement or studying on campus, you can provide feedback on your experience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which Your SU will work with the university to try and improve the student experience. You can leave your feedback here: yoursu.org/online-feedback

How does it work?

  1. Submit feedback about your experience so far.
  2. Your SU will review the feedback and ask you any questions so we ensure we understand the feedback
  3. Your SU will work with the university to see if your feedback can be resolved and keep you informed on the progress
  4. We’ll feedback whether the feedback can be resolved. If it can’t be resolved we’ll ask the university for a reason why
