Musical Theatre Society

Coventry University’s one and only Musical Theatre Society

We are a friendly group of students sharing a love of singing, dancing and/or acting. Our aims are to allow fellow students to express their passion for this genre of theatre, as well as having a good time and meeting new people. Members will be taught skills during rehearsals focused on specific disciplines throughout the year. We aim to perform two productions in the academic year; a showcase night of musical theatre around Christmas and a full musical at the end of term last year we performed Grease!!

There is no audition necessary to join the society – we welcome all types of backgrounds so don’t be worried if you have never performed before! (Main roles for the shows are designated through an audition process.)

Membership Fee: £25 for the whole academic year.
