We had so much fun in our sixth year as a society and are looking forward to seeing many new faces joining us this year~ !!

Since 2017, we have since come a very long way to where we are now one of the biggest, most established societies in the UK. Throughout our time as a society, we've earned a huge reputation from winning multiple awards at National Dance Competitions every year to having over 450+ members (and counting..!)

By being a KDSCU member, you’ll have access to exclusive discounts from our sponsors, raffles and giveaways, society groupchats, free 2x weekly dance classes and many fun socials throughout the year!

Aside from dance classes, your committee has been working super hard behind the scenes the past few months to make sure we have loads of fun, exciting socials this year! We hope you look forward to them and we’ll be releasing info about our upcoming September sessions shortly via our Instagram and posts here on the SU site~

One of the things our society is recognised for is our amazing performance and competition teams! Throughout the years, we have won over 15 awards at various National Dance Competitions, where for the last two years in a row, we have been the University to bring back the most wins 🤩 We will be having in-person auditions for our teams at the start of October. In the meantime, you can send us a 1 minute video of yourself dancing to our email kpopdance.su@uni.coventry.ac.uk and we’ll be sure to review it and get back to you.

Membership

This year, our membership costs £15 and is open to both students and most recently welcoming non-students into our society. So, even if you’re not studying, you’re welcome to be a part of the KDSCU family 💕🎀 Our membership allows you access to all events we run as a society, exlusive discounts from our sponsors, raffles and giveaways, free dance classes to much, much more.

To purchase our membership, simply add it to your basket and continue to check out - it's that easy! ^_^ you'll then be an official member of the KDSCU Society 23/24 !! 

Please note: If you haven't already, you will have to purchae an additional £3 Sports & Societies membership. This allows you to join as many societies as youd like here at Coventry Uni. Also, for safety reasons and legal responsibility, we are unabke to accept members below the age of 18. We thank you for your understanding.

Groupchats

This is temporary groupchat which will run throughout our free taster sessions in September and is open to everyone 

When joining our society, you will be sent an email with links to our two main groupchats on Whatsapp (members only) and Discord. If you have purchased our membership but have yet to recieve the groupchat invite links, please emal/dm us with your full name and once your details have been confirmed, we will resend you the invites~ 

Our Discord is open to everyone. However, due to problems with spam in the past, to get the invite link you will need to DM us on Instagram only. You will then be sent an invite link that can only be used once and expires within seven days.
