Welcome to the home of Coventry University Powerlifters. Doesn’t matter what your experience is, whether you're a seasoned lifter or a complete newcomer, you can be part of the team. Come and learn and improve all aspects of your powerlifting and unlock your true potential, amongst a group of like-minded lifters and powerlifting enthusiasts.
We train every Wednesday from 3:45-5 and meet after at 8 o'clock for themed and unthemed socials. We train the three lifts of powerlifting: Squat, Bench and Deadlift in order to compete at varsity. We aim to get as many lifters to BUCS as possible 💪
