Volunteering Excellence Programme

This is a programme to help shape your volunteering journey and experience whilst studying at Coventry University. It will help you develop key skills, knowledge and experiences that will not only make you a great volunteer but also more employable for when you graduate

There are also opportunties for your to be recognised through the Badges and Leadership Award for you accomplishments

Training	Attend an Introduction to Volunteering Workshop (face to face or online)	Attend an Introduction to Volunteering Workshop (face to face or online)	Attend an Introduction to Volunteering workshop (face to face or online)
Volunteering	Completing 20 hours per year of volunteering within a community setting. Once you have secured your volunteering role complete a Volunteering Placement form Once you have finished your volunteering role- Log your hours here	Completing 50 hours per year of volunteering within a community setting. Once you have secured your volunteering role complete a Volunteering Placement form Once you have finished your volunteering role- Log your hours here	Completing 100 hours per year of volunteering within a community setting. Once you have secured your volunteering role complete a Volunteering Placement form Once you have finished your volunteering role- Log your hours here
Leadership Award	By completing 'An Intoduction to Volunteering' you can qualify for a Bronze Leadership award. Attend a workshop to qualify and find out more- Leadership Award Workshop	By completing 'Develop your Volunteering Skills' you can qualify for a Silver Leadership award. Attend a workshop to qualify and find out more- Leadership Award Workshop	By completing 'Become a Volunteering Leader' you can qualify for a GoldLeadership award. Attend a workshop to qualify and find out more- Leadership Award Workshop
