Postgraduate Students

Group of students taking part in one of the SU workshops.

We understand postgraduate study can be vastly different to undergraduate experiences both socially and academically. This community is here to connect postgraduate students together and provide support you may need to enhance your University Experience.

Many are unsure on what the difference is between the two types of postgraduate students. Postgraduate Taught (PGT) students are studying a taught degree like an MA or an MSc. Postgraduate Research (PGR) students are studying a research degree, like an MRes or a PhD. The postgraduate student community is for all types of postgraduate student.
