Start this semester the right way by checking out your Wellbeing Festival - an informal event that gives you the chance to chill and chat with a host of organisations who are here to help make sure that your health and wellbeing is the best it can be during your time at University. With a host of information, activities and friendly faces you may just find something you didn’t even know you needed. Drop by the ground floor of The Hub anytime between 11am-3pm and get involved! Stalls that will be in attendance include:
Your SU Advice Service: free, independent advice and wellbeing support.
Your SU Skills: find out more about Your SU Skills service and Wednesday wellbeing afternoons. Take time to chill and try a new skill with creative crafting sessions. Everybody welcome.
Your SU Communities: find out about the communities that are here for you on campus and how to participate! Feel a sense of belonging and help influence social change.
Your SU Sports: find out all about the sports clubs and facilities that are right here for you on campus.
Student Success Coaches: connect to help identify and achieve your goals.

Customer Services: 365 day-a-year support for students, from enrolment to completion.
Sustainability and Grounds Teams: learn about your university’s NetZero 2030 goals, plus games, quizzes and prizes to win!
Campus Protection Team: your very own campus security service.
WMP ROCU: helping protect you against fraud and organised crime.
Talking Therapies: free mental health service helping with general and exam stress, anxiety, sleep problems, symptoms of PTSD, and other symptoms of anxiety and low mood.
Panaghar: support, advocacy, safe refuge, and empowerment to victims of domestic, sexual and gender-based abuse.
Sexual Health Services: free and confidential advice, education, contraception, and STI testing.
CGL (Change, Grow, Live): free, confidential, tailored support for those experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol.
YGAM: free confidential support for harm caused by gambling and gambling within gaming.
Kooth: free safe and anonymous online mental health support.
