About the event
What is it?
Every month Nutan, your community engagement lead is hosting a craft and chat event, The crafts will vary each month and you'll have the opportunity to chat with other community members, Get to know more about CEL's and the community overall and take 5minutes to relax and craft with a free hot drink.
Who can attend?
This event is open to all students at coventry campuses, you can also book your free space in advance using the booking link above.
What do you need to bring?
You'll need to bring your Student ID card to record your attendance at the event and if you'd like to bring any of your own crafts to spend time on, you're welcome to.
How can you get to the event?
This event is located at LEAF at the library, It is located on the ground floor of the Library, has disabled access nearby as well as toilets and you'll be able to get tap waterfrom the cafe also.
What is the Global Majority Community?
This community is for students that are Black, Asian, dual-heritage and/or students who have been racialised as ‘ethnic minorities’. We aim to offer a safe space to socialise and to meet other students with similar lived experiences and to bring positive change to their university experiences.
