Your Students' Union De-Stresstival Fair: 7th April 11am - 3pm; The Hub Ground floor; Join us at the De-stresstival Fair, where University services and external organizations come together to help you Support and recharge before exams!

Your Students' Union De-Stresstival : Yoga/ Meditation Workshop: 8th April 4pm - 6pm; Sports and recreation Centre, Alison Gingel Building; Join us for a Yoga and Meditation Workshop as part of De-stresstival, where you can relax, unwind, and find your inner calm before exams! Take a break, recharge your mind and body, and learn techniques to manage stress and improve focus.

Your Students' Union Wednesday Wellbeing Crafternoon: De-stresstival and Autism Acceptance Week: 9th April 2pm - 4pm; The Hub, Ground floor area; Your weekly Wednesday wellbeing crafternoon is back! If you have 5 minutes to spare and want a chance to decompress, unwind and get creative with crafting, Drop in to our Wednesday session.

Your Students' Union De-stresstival: Pet Therapy Session: 10th April 11:30am - 2:30pm; Teaching Room 3, 3rd Floor, Library; Join us for Pet Therapy in the Library, where adorable furry friends will help you relax and recharge before exams!

Your Students' Union De-Stresstival : Workout Session: 10th April 4:30pm - 6:30pm; Sports and recreation Centre, Alison Gingel Building; Come Join us and sweat your stresses away by doing some mindful exercises and stretching.

Your Students' Union Social Butterflies - Warwickshire Wildlife Trust: 10th April 6pm - 7:30pm; Coventry University Library - Leaf Cafe; Social Butterflies is a new, bi-weekly event being delivered by the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust Youth Committee, aimed at bringing together individuals to learn more about nature and social action, whilst making friends at the same time!
