A successful weekend for our two track cyclists at the BUCS Track Cycling Championships 2023. Both Ed Hopkins and Lau Wan Hei Victor travelled to the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome of Wales on the 4th/5th of March to compete for the university cycling team. 

On the Saturday, both Victor and Ed raced in the elimination race with Victor finishing in 3rd place (a bronze medal), and Ed finishing in 12th place, both very respectable results. On the Sunday, only Victor raced in the points race, narrowly finishing outside the podium with another respectable 4th place. 

Well done to both riders and such a great way to show off our new 2023 kit!
